Survey

Most clients have a good idea of what they would like doing to their bathroom in order to make it safer and more user friendly for them, others would like us to do that for them. What ever your situation we are here to help you come up your ideal accessible bathroom. One of our CRB checked team will visit your home and discuss your current and future needs, assess your plumbing and measure the space and take photographs of your bathroom as it currently is.

Design

This information is then passed onto the design team who will integrate your choices to

come up with the best accessible solution. We will then prepare a quotation which will be sent for your perusal.

Supply and Installation.

Once you are happy with the design and wish to proceed we will then send our plumbing team to make a pre-inspection to ensure that they have all the correct fittings and that there are going to be no problems with the adaptations that are going to be installed. A date will then be agreed with yourselves for work to commence. Our team are fully trained, fast, tidy and effiicient meaning you will have the accessible bathroom installed with as little disruption as possible.

AKW products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.*

* The lifetime warranty excludes normal wear and tear in general domestic applications. It applies only to products being installed for the first time and in accordance with relevant local and national regulations.
