Delivery & Installation

Elap Ltd offers a host of Homecare and Mobility products from tap turners to bariatric beds. Many of our products are delivered within a week but lead times can vary from product to product.

Once you have placed your order you will be sent an email with an estimated delivery date. If you select our Premium Delivery Service one our representatives will call you to make arrangements for your delivery.

The vast majority of our products are delivered to you already pre-assembled, or just require a small amount of building up.

For some of our products we have little choice but to deliver them dismantled due to their size, shape and weight. We understand that in some circumstances this may not be suitable and that is why we offer our Premium Delivery Service.

Our Premium Delivery Service which is carried out by our own fully trained, friendly representatives is available at an addition cost and includes:

• Delivery of the product to your chosen destination (within the UK)
• Assembly of your product
• Full Product Demonstration
• Removal of all excess waste packaging
• Care and Maintenance Sheets for you products to help you care for and get the most out of your purchase
• Technical Support

Products suitable for our Premium Delivery Service will display our Premium Delivery Service logo. You will see the option to request our Premium Delivery Service when you go to the Shopping Basket when you have finished shopping. Should you add this option and the products you have chosen not be suitable for our Premium Delivery Service we will refund you.

Our Premium Delivery Service is split in to two zones. Please ensure you select the correct zone for your area when adding the Premium Delivery Service.

Installation

Along with our homecare and mobility products we also offer an Installation Service. Elap Engineering Ltd’s installation team are fully trained to install Stairlifts, Ramp Systems, Access Railings and Ceiling Hoists.

Our friendly team will ensure that you are happy with your installation. If you chose a product that requires installation one of our trained staff will visit your home and provide you with a free of charge quotation for the work required along with any recommendations.

We advise that you read this carefully to ensure that you are happy with the changes that we recommend. We will never rush or push you into making a decision.
