Customer Delighted with Elap Service

Mrs Draper recently contacted Elap regarding to get a wheelchair hoist fitted into her brand new car and to purchase a wheelchair and was absolutely thrilled with the service she received. Joanne Park, the homecare manager, recommended a specific wheelchair that’s suited the needs of Mrs Draper and even went to the car dealership to demonstrate the hoist and to make sure that the wheelchair fit into her car the way that she wanted it to.
Mrs Draper was so pleased with the service that she received she sent a thank you letter and card to the office to thank Elap and especially Joanne for their help over the last couple of months.
