For an additional cost you can select the Premium Delivery Service Option at the Shopping Cart part of our Online Shop. Our Premium Delivery Service Benefits are as follows:

• Delivery – Your product will be delivered to your destination of choice
• Assembly – Our friendly trained technician will assemble your product ensuring that it is put together correctly and safely ready for you to use.
• Demonstration – Our technician will then demonstrate the product for you advising you of all its features and correct usage.

• Maintenance Sheets – You will be left with care and maintenance sheets for your product making sure you are aware of how best to look after your product.
• Removal of Waste – Our friendly technician will then remove all waste and excess packaging leaving you with your ready to use product.

Whether you chose to use our premium delivery service or not all customers can benefit from our technical help line. Our friendly trained staff are on hand to get you moving!

The vast majority of our products are delivered to you already pre-assembled, or just require a small amount of building up.

For some of our products we have little choice but to deliver them dismantled due to their size, shape and weight. We understand that in some circumstances this may not be suitable and that is why we offer our Premium Delivery Service.

Our Premium Delivery Service which is carried out by our own fully trained, friendly representatives is available at an addition cost and includes:

• Delivery of the product to your chosen destination (within the UK)
• Assembly of your product
• Full Product Demonstration
• Removal of all excess waste packaging
• Care and Maintenance Sheets for you products to help you care for and get the most out of your purchase
• Technical Support

Products suitable for our Premium Delivery Service will display our Premium Delivery Service logo. You will see the option to request our Premium Delivery Service when you go to the Shopping Basket when you have finished shopping. Should you add this option and the products you have chosen not be suitable for our Premium Delivery Service we will refund you.
